Our local real estate market is showing signs of life. After a flat first two quarters of 2008, the summer season is picking up. Many brokers are reporting strong shopping activity. Currently, we have 30 residential properties under contract in our immediate market areas of Crested Butte adn Mt. Crested Butte. This activity includes two properties under contract that are priced over $2,000,000 and 6 properties are pending in the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 range!
