Sotheby’s in Crested Butte is pleased to announce three successful real estate transactions in Crested Butte this week. Channing Boucher, Broker Associate for Benson Sotheby’s International Realty sold a townhome at Skyland Country Club: 12 Alpine Court for $340,000. The newly constructed townhome is 1500 sft with 3 bedrooms and a one-car garage. Up in Mt. Crested Butte, Channing sold a 3 acre Overlook Subdivision parcel for $225,000.  And, Channing sold Lot 34 at the Summit subdivision for $115,000.
