Crested Butte’s summer season is in full swing and demand for our real estate continues its promising trend. 104 residential properties have sold year-to-date in the Crested Butte area, representing $46 million in sales. Another $21 million in listings (34 homes and condos) are currently under contract. 18 vacant land parcels have sold this year with two notable transactions. The last undeveloped parcel on the west end of Teocalli Avenue in Crested Butte sold for $550,000 and a homesite located on Kubler in Crested Butte South just sold for $185,000.
The most expensive residential sale: A 4,777 sft. Skyland home sold for $1,950,000.
The least expensive residential sale: A 391 sf. Grand Lodge studio sold for $55,000.
The most expensive land sale: A Town of Crested Butte homesite sold for $550,000.
The least expensive land sale: A Crested Butte South .41 acre parcel sold for $32,000.
