Crested Butte Market Report Q1 2016

The local real estate market continues to improve at a solid pace. The first quarter of 2016 was our strongest 1st quarter sales performance in years. Sales prices and volume are all up – way up – compared to last year at this time. The ski resort just enjoyed an excellent ski season with a healthy rise in skier visits and now the summer is shaping up with strong early season bookings.
