TBD Elk Avenue

Great location on the east side of town. This homesite borders the alley on Rainbow Park. Views to Gothic, Mt. Crested Butte and the mountains to the north of Crested Butte can be picked off by a new home. The park provides nice open space and buffer. Access to the Slate River, the Rec Path and National Forest Service trails are all nearby. Not too many vacant homesites remain in Crested Butte, particularly those with views.
