Good day from Crested Butte,

Over 10 single family homes valued from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 in our local market have gone under contract in recent days. We have over 35 properties under contract with an average value of just over $1,000,000. This spike in demand reflects the strong July shopping activity we experienced.
