Another in-town property has sold in Crested Butte. The 1500 sft. townhome shown in the picture below fetched $650,000 or $433/sft last week. The 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom duplex unit features higher-end finishes, a 230 sft garage and a location across the street from the public school and the Town Park. The listing agent disclosed that this unit "earned" almost $30,000 in short term rental income during the months of July and August last year!
