Crested Butte Sotheby’s real estate agent Channing Boucher successfully closed another luxury real estate deal this week. Channing’s listing at 1482 Peanut Lake Road fetched $3,125,000.  The property was listed on the market for 133 days until it sold. This deal represents the highest price paid for a home in Crested Butte since 2007 and the fourth $3 million or better real estate sale in the last 8 months in the local market. The buyer was represented by Cathy Benson of Benson Sotheby’s International Realty.
