The Avalanche

Located at the ski area in Mt. Crested Butte, the Avalanche Bar & Grill features great breakfasts, relaxing lunches, and delicious dinners starting at 7:30am daily. The banana granola pancakes, biscuits & gravy, homemade clam chowder and chili, half pound burgers, smoked salmon salad, fish and chips, spinach manicotti, and caramel apple crisp are just a smidgen of the menu’s collection of comfort foods. The Buckaroo Beanery

Camp 4 Coffee

Camp 4 Coffee serves the “Best Coffee in Colorado,” breakfast burritos, sandwiches, muffins, and other snacks. Take some Camp 4 coffee with you to brew at home, or order it online. Visit Camp 4 Coffee at the two mountain locations – at the base area or on-mountain at the top of Painter Boy Lift. They are also located in town at 4th and Elk in the historic license plate house and in CB South.

The Gas Café

As you fill your car at the gas station at Butte Avenue & Highway 135, go inside and fuel up for the day with breakfast at the Gas Cafe. Serving a variety of breakfast sandwiches and other grilled favorites, the Gas Cafe is also open for lunch until 4pm. You’re pretty much guaranteed two things with the Gas Cafe: friendly service and great food!


McGill’s

Come to McGill’s to enjoy the newest breakfast restaurant in town. Serving fantastic breakfasts and lunches with a creative twist, McGill’s also offers malts, shakes, and floats at the soda fountain. McGill’s opens at 6am, serves breakfast until 3pm, and lunch starting at 11am. On Sundays, only the breakfast menu is available from 6am-2pm.

Ginger Café

Specializing in Indian and Thai cuisines, the Ginger offers Colorado Lamb, Pad Thai, many curries, soups, and some out of sight fusion dishes. Many veggie entrees are available.
