Denver Real Estate Market To Rebound First

Good day from Crested Butte,

Interesting video interview from MSNBC regarding our nation’s housing markets. According to the interview, some U.S. cities will have a hard time rebounding and some will recover soon. Denver, Colorado is apparently in the best shape for a legitimate real estate rebound. After leading the nation in foreclosures early on in the housing market meltdown, Denver is positioned to recover early and well. Home prices are actually on the rise after a 7 year retreat. Citing job growth, lots of first-time homebuyers, a vibrant downtown, youth generation, a great park system, and educated people, real estate expert Barbara Corcoran feels real estate in Denver has a brighter future. Listen to  her talk with TODAY’s Natalie Morales about the five cities in America that are on the verge of recovery from the housing slump.
